Uniform
Uniform Requirements
At Dubbo College, wearing the College uniform is compulsory, and all students are expected to adhere to our uniform policy. Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our uniform to make sure our school uniform promotes health and safety of students and helps them feel included in our school community.
Our school uniform meets the requirements of work health and safety and anti-discrimination legislation and is appropriate for a full range of school activities and is suitable to all body shapes and sizes.
Uniform Assistance
If parents or students have financial problems which affect the purchase of uniforms, financial assistance is available. Please contact your campus Principal for further information.
Formal School Uniform
Students are expected to wear the formal school uniform if they are representing the school at functions and events (other than sporting occasions).
Sports Uniform
Each campus has rules for wearing of sports uniform. At Dubbo College Senior Campus, students studying Sport, Lifestyle and Recreation Studies (SLR) and Sports Coaching will change in and out of their sports uniform at school. The exception to this rule is when SLR/Sports Coaching occurs first or last period. If SLR/Sports Coaching is first period, students may arrive in their sports uniform and change on completion of SLR/Sports Coaching. If SLR/Sports Coaching is last period, there is no requirement for students to change out of their sport uniform prior to leaving for the day.
